New days

Waves through solstice rocks
feet in step against wind’s trail
plumes of waves dancing.

  3. Another wonderful haiku from you. "Solstice rocks" is a great phrase, conjuring up Stonehenge. "Plumes of waves dancing" is another nice one. You rock, girl!

  7. Dianne - before you can post a comment on your blog you must enter a verification word. Most are non-words. I just thought it was coincidental that with your beautiful coastal scene that my Verification Word was Coves. I've had fun with V-words - click here. to see.

  9. ".....And we must travel across lonely and rugged terrain, through isolation and silence, to reach the magic zone where we can dance an awkward dance." P. Neruda

we dance awkward....until time perfects it, and then we know we aren't alone....like the waves, generations dance with us...

not one to add to Neruda's thought, but still i can have my thoughts, i guess....

Great combination of words and photo, Dianne :)
