  8. Yes, love the humour, Dianne :)

Both Srikishna and Achilles were killed by a shot in the foot....if some one can breathe life into my feet, i consider myself blessed....but then as far as no one troubles me there, i am okay!! (And so far, none did! :)

just my bit of humour! :)

  10. Nice haiku responses, you make it loooook easy...

    for some background:
Yoga downward dog is a triangular pose with hands and feet on the floor, straight legs and back form the top of the angle with the behind in the air...(mooning)
Yoga is usually done 1st thing in AM before breakfast, and a daily discipline is called Sun Salutation. (Sun rise)

Breath is the most important part of yoga and is inhaled at a precise time through the whole body, usually when reaching up from the feet through the upstretched hands...just an FYI.
The foot photos are a vacation tradition with a long story, too long for a blog.
Thanks for following and for your works.

  11. Yes Dianne...I am introduced to yoga and quite a bit know the breathing techniques and basic postures....

I don't have the patience though...i can walk for one hour at Sunrise just thinking sun or God...that's much easier to me :)
